What type of storage capacity do block storage volumes provide?
A.
shared storage for applications on virtual machines (VMs) in Oracle Compute Cloud Service
B.
discrete storage disks that can be attached to virtual machines (VMs) in Oracle Compute Cloud Service
C.
scalable object storage in the cloud
D.
infinitely scalable storage for virtual machines (VMs) in Oracle Compute Cloud Service
E.
geo-replicated storage in the Oracle Public Cloud for any application running on-premises
B
C
B
For me C:
https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/computecs_common/OCSUG/GUID-371BC212-A904-4489-A3B5-BF20C897EFD9.htm#OCSUG195
After creating an instance, you can easily scale up or scale down the block storage capacity for the instance by attaching or detaching storage volumes.
Change my mind: is B for the same documentation.
Discrete disks is not correct- Scalable, however is – So C is correct answer. They are volume = storage volume and not disks.
its B as A storage volume can be attached to only one instance at a time
ALTHOUGH SCALABLE, ITS NOT OBJECT STORAGE , SO B ACCORDING TO ME
B
A. not shared
C. not ‘object’ storage
D. not infinitely scalable – only goes to 16TB
E. not geo-replicated
