When we upload the LO we use manifest file in Oracle. When you use manifest file with non-zero length then you are uploading static LO and not Dynamic LO. Dynamic LO needs zero size manifest file. Correct answer is : A & E

You can also upload up to 5 GB of data to Cloud Storage by using the Big Data Cloud Console. To upload data using the console:

Open the console for a cluster. See Accessing the Big Data Cloud Console.
Click Data Stores.

The Data Stores page is displayed. For information about the details on this page, see Big Data Cloud Console: Data Stores Page.
Click Cloud Storage.

From here you can browse files and directories in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Object Storage Classic container associated with the cluster. To make browsing easier, filter by prefix.
Click Upload.
