I disagree. I believe the answers are C and D.
Aren’t D and E redundant? You are saying that a shape defines the number of oCPUs, then the next choice you say that a shape defines the number of oCPUs and amount of RAM. Between these two, the better choice is D.
And certainly when you are specifying an instance, you can choose from a number of different shapes.
