What is the effect of reload on sessions that were originally established by listener?

A.
Only sessions based on static listener registrations are disconnected.

B.
Existing connections are not disconnected; however, they cannot perform any operations until the listenercompletes the re-registration of the database instance and service handlers.

C.
The sessions are not affected and continue to function normally.

D.
All the sessions are terminated and active transactions are rolled back.

I think it should be C because the listener is used when the connection is established. The immediate impact of stopping the listener will be
that no new session can be established from a remote host. Existing sessions are not compromised. Similarly, reloading the listener has no effect on clients connected to the Oracle server.
