I think B and D are not correct.
VDP is not a storage service but data protection service.

D is correct. You cna check at the link given in explanation. VDP provides de duplication, which reduces disk space.
B is “Provides support for advanced storage services” …no, it do not provide support, but it itself provides deduplicated backups. So, B is ruled out. A talks about AD and SQL restores, I am not sure about all this.

But why not C? Benefits from A, B and D can be provided by other backup solutions, but only VPD integrates with vSphere Client. Answer C makes more sense.
