Provides support for advanced storage services including replication, encryption, deduplication, and compression.
C.
Provides direct access to VDP configuration integrated into the vSphere Client.
D.
Reduces disk space consumed by virtual machine data using deduplication.

The correct answer is ABCD

Hmmm interesting
I think B and D are not correct.
VDP is not a storage service but data protection service.
D is correct. You cna check at the link given in explanation. VDP provides de duplication, which reduces disk space.
B is “Provides support for advanced storage services” …no, it do not provide support, but it itself provides deduplicated backups. So, B is ruled out. A talks about AD and SQL restores, I am not sure about all this.
But why not C? Benefits from A, B and D can be provided by other backup solutions, but only VPD integrates with vSphere Client. Answer C makes more sense.
