Any ideas?

Its obviously a CPU issue: the VM needs more CPU capacity.
But for me its not clear whether
A, additional vCPU or
D,increased reservation is the answer.

A will only help, if the application inside the VM can make use of the additional vCPU (SMT). Whereas increased reservation will in case of contention give more guaranted resources to the VM.

I would increase the reservation, because you can add a additional CPU but that wont work because the limit is the reservation.

It says under the risk badge, add CPU capacity for this VM. So go and add another CPU.
