I thought it could be BC – in vSphere 6.0, we really dont “disable” the DCUI. DCUI may become inaccessible depending on the lockdown mode you set, but there is no particular setting to directly disable it beyond the lockdown modes.

SSH access is one workaround when a user is locked out of the host DCUI, but is disabled by default.
