A is not possible a stretched cluster is not operating with 2 clusters
B a stretched cluster over 2 sites could end up in a network/storage partition if intersite links go down. To me this is the correct answer.

The latenc however applies to the Storage IP/FC network.

C stretched clusters ought to have a streched VLAN, do they have a firewall inbetween their sites and being separated vi a fw ? When do we need to assume/not assume anything in this kind of questions ?

D is totally irrelevant.
For me B is the most relevant reply.
