Why is the user experience less than optimal?

A group of 20 task workers have been provided a pool of Windows XP View desktops that are
configured to use PCoIP, and are accessible outside of the corporate office. All of the users are
working from home today. Several have reported a less than ideal user experience. The View
administrator is trying to determine the problem and has collected the following information:
Corporate WAN link is 4 Mbps.
Virtual desktops are configured to use E1000 NIC.
Desktops are configured to use 1 vCPU and 1 GB Memory.
Local mode is not enabled on the pool.
