A and B
I disagree. Must be A. Active AND C. Passive.
Specify how the uplinks in a team are used when a failover occurs by configuring the Failover Order list.
If you want to use some uplinks but reserve others for emergencies in case the uplinks in use fail, use the up and down arrow keys to move them into different groups.
Option Description
Active adapters Use this uplink if the network adapter connectivity is up and active.
Standby adapters Use this uplink if one of the active physical adapters goes down.
Unused adapters Do not use this uplink. (It has become invalid for Teaming)
I don’t see Passive as an option.
Is this the wrong picture(?):

Now I SEE.
Passive is NOT the same as Standby, they are 2 different words, my mistake, sorry. Thanks(!) for the remark RDGR!
Their are to much Two’s in this question 😉 I was mixing these:
So with (v)NIC Teaming you see 3(THREE) options: Active, STANDBY, Unused.
So with LUN Allocations (for iSCSI) you see 2(TWO) options: Active, PASSIVE.
We can place in three mode, active, unused and standby. So the answer would be A and B
Active adapters
Continue to use the uplink if the network adapter connectivity is up and active.
Standby adapters
Use this uplink if one of the active physical adapter is down.
Unused adapters
Do not use this uplink.
So the answers are A and B.
