The right answer is B.
I kind of disagree with @scapas cause the graph shows swap behavior which is stored in disk, so this could be a I/O problem, but it is not. why? because the graph doesn’t show any plateau but regular peaks. So the problem is Host memory is overcommitted since the graph shows that swap is being used, and that is one the mechanisms esxi has to handle overcommitted memory.
It’s a graph of a host, you can see tabs like “Virtual Machines”, “Configuration”, that only availables in host, not in VM’s.
