It is clearly A.
B is wrong, you cannot add a cluster to a switch.
C is wrong, as hosts are created they are not automatically added to a switch
D is worng, Dist. switches are created in VCenter not on hosts

I do not agree. At no time is informed that there is already a vCenter.
