Not sure the answer is correct. May be options are not good enough!

Below are the facts.

A distributed switch is created on the datacenter.

It is clearly A.

B is wrong, you cannot add a cluster to a switch.
C is wrong, as hosts are created they are not automatically added to a switch
D is worng, Dist. switches are created in VCenter not on hosts
