Virtual Machine Migration
When a cluster enabled for DRS becomes unbalanced, DRS makes recommendations or
migrates virtual machines depending on the automation level:
• If the cluster is manual or partially automated, VirtualCenter does not take automatic
actions to balance resources. Instead, the Summary page indicates that migration
recommendations are available and the Migration page displays recommendations for the
most efficient use of resources across the cluster.
