In vSphere Client select Administration\vCenter Server Settings
Select Statistics.
If you enter 10 hosts and 100 guests then the estimate is about 1GB.
If you increase the collection level to Level 4 for each of the Interval Durations then the estimate is about 10GB. Therefore the increase is 9GB.
