So what’s the correct answer for this. To me ‘critical’ would be green to yellow, but some are saying yellow to red.

I think what they are getting at is that Red is “critical” and Yellow is “warning”. Since the alarms never immediately go red from green (it needs to hit yellow) and vice versa… Then you would set a critical alarm from yellow to red and then yellow to green.
