C depends on the DiskType (VMFS, NFS). If you have NFS you can NOT select anything, with VMFS you can select any of the normal 3 methodes

Datastore on which to store the virtual machine’s files. look! are FILES not disks
It should be A & C.
You get to select the Network Adapter type in Typical Config. And B is incorrect as it says “virtual machine DISKS”, its not only the disks it stored, but all the files consist of vm machine config file(.vmx) Log files (.log)NvRam (*.nvram), etc.
So I agree with shuo.
Typical option on Vmware workstation gives this option. It means this questing is belongs to vmware workstation options.
