I don’t think the illustration matches the question. The illustration in the link that cathar posted seems applicable, not this one.
Besides, in the illustration it shows that the resource pool only has 4GB configured, how can you reserve 16GB for a VM in that pool? The 163840 value shown in the photo is only a shares value that loosely correlates to actual memory values, definitely not a hard translation from 163840 shares to 16384 MB of memory available.
I agreed with Jon. There is no resource pool info in the picture.
