Youu are wrong, the correct answer is C. The problem is that the HBAs are saturated, not the datastore. Hence, we need to vmontion the VM to another host with less saturated traffic to the fabric.

the HBA of the Esx is heavy loaded..
so changing datastore will not fix this.

vmotion to a new Esx will use a new Hba.
