If you change the actual resources (not a pool), everything below them gets affected. That would be the parent pools and their siblings. Answer C.

IF the question had asked “What do changes made to resources available IN A PARENT POOL affect in a resource pool hierarchy? The answer would be Sibling and CHILD pools, not Sibling and PARENT pools.

Explanation:

A resource pool can contain child resource pools, virtual machines, or both. You can create a hierarchy of shared resources. The resource pools at a higher level are called parent resource pools. Resource pools and virtual machines that are at the same level are called siblings.

The cluster itself represents the root resource pool.

If you do not create child resource pools, only the root resource pools exist.

Should be Sibling and child pools. Does not affect parent pools, if it did then it would also affect the root pool since that’s the parent of all pools.

Bogus question again.
