First vMotion to server with the local storage. Then Storage vMotion to local datastore.
question should not say ‘together’ because vmotion and storage vmotion can not be done at the same time, rather sequentially

You cannot vMotion/Storage vMotion a RUNNING VM to a different host at the same time. You can only do this together if the VM is shutdown. So you would have to vMotion the RUNNING VM to the destination host, then Storage vMotion the VM to the destination Datastore.
