This is the order of offloading of VMWare Kernel with respect to card types. I do not know of any converged adapters that do not offload both networking and FCoE or iSCSI.
We know the dependent ones require VMKernel for networking functions.
We know software ones require VMKernel for everything.
So A&B should be correct.
I am sick of the pick two questions.
