vSphere 5.x Standard supports Storage vMotion.
No it doesn’t cooduaty. I’m looking at Page 6 in my Official VCP5 Cert Guide and Storage vMotion is supported in Enterprise and up (Enterprise Plus) only. Regular vMotion is supported on Standard and up.

this is an old question, vsphere 5 standard now (vsphere 5.5, vcp5-dcv, vcp550) supports storage vmotion in standard licence:
