Answer “A” is correct. The multi path policy has been set to fixed. So with that being said would make for 1 path that is active (the path will have a * symbol under the “preferred” column) AND show a status of “Active” but not “Active(I/O)” However the other three paths are still there but are not being used unless the multi path policy is changed. So my feeling is the answer “A” is correct.

a is correct because there are 4 datastores, each one will have a single active path

Answer will be A. Each VMFS store will be using one path at any time as they have four datastores it will be 4.
