B,C,D are correct
NIOC is not a network policy setting…
Page 79 of the https://pubs.vmware.com/vsphere-55/topic/com.vmware.ICbase/PDF/vsphere-esxi-vcenter-server-55-networking-guide.pdf, LACPv2 is not a network policy, NIOC is not either so the right answer is A (Traffic Filtering Policy), D(Monitoring Policy) and E(Marking Policy).
You right Nada but also Policies are port group based not available Distributed Switch settings !
But NIOC is available since 5.1 but is customisable on 5.5, so I think that NIOC is not correct.
A,C,E for me are the correct ones.
C, D, E

Teaming and Failover (LACP)
Monitoring (NetFlow)
VLAN (DSCP Marking)
That is the 6 guide does that also apply for 5.5?
A,C,E are the correct answers.
We can rephrase the question to make it more clear:
Which 3 network policy settings are “NOT” supported before vSphere 5.5 ?
If you checked this WP
http://www.globalknowledge.net/mea-shared-content/documents/645372/1013096/WP_VMwarevSphereDistributedSwitch.pdf
You will find that “Traffic Filtering and Marking” which includes ACLs and DSCP marking are supported starting from vSphere 5.5, so A,E are correct answers.
Also Enhanced LACP (LACP v2) is supported starting from vSphere 5.5 as per below
https://pubs.vmware.com/vsphere-60/index.jsp#com.vmware.vsphere.networking.doc/GUID-2B0D585F-476F-4745-93B0-2AE383182717.html which make answer C, is correct.
