B: is correct. You have to go to INSTALLATION and under HOSTPREPERATION you must have a VXLAN with status “Enabled”

That path that you are directing is for the VTEP preparation not for the VXLAN, the term VXLAN could be misunderstand because this is the Virtual eXtended LAN which is the Logical Switch itself or the VNI, the action that the question refer is the creation of a VXLAN (Logical Switch), so how the answer could be “A VXLAN has not been created”. Maybe the correct sentence should be “A VTEP has not been created”. Anyway if I get this on the exam I should answer B, although the A could be true.

Transport zone cannot be enabled or disabled, thats why A is wrong imho.
