Currently you can request to increase the limit on users per AWS account, groups per AWS account, roles per AWS account, instance profiles per AWS account, and server certificates per AWS account.

D is wrong, because you can’t increase the number of users attached to a group.
You can request to increase some of these quotas for your AWS account on the IAM Limit Increase Contact Us Form. I think MP is right. The increase request would be to add to the 100 groups in the default AWS set up. tricky.
