for your knowledge, just remember if you want to share the volume with multiple ec2 instances you have to install the nfs volume.
more powerful feature is in beta version called as EFS (Elastic File System) volume. Which can be attached parallally to many ec2 instances. but for normal ebs volume we can not attach it to multiple EC2 instance.
