D is right, but I think C is not. The Minimum date is the earliest date for the payment. This date is used as the payment date if the date that is calculated for the payment proposal occurs before the date that is entered in this field.

In our case, we are interested on all invoices whose due date is before July 10. And, as we want to take advantage of any discount, we would pay before the 10th July. So, in the From/To Date, we will introduce 10 July in TO date field. (option A).
