I believe the answers should be B and C.

The “show platform software enm…” shows so called g-pinned ports (aka designated receivers). A g-pinned port is an ethernet uplink-port, that is chosen to be the broadcast and multicast traffic receiver for a certain VLAN. All other uplinks in this VLAN will drop southbound multicast and broadcast traffic. It has nothing to do with server ports and server northbound multicasts. And the g-pinned ports are also chosen at random. So if Po21 goes down without any changes to the switch, eth 1/32 could very well become the designated receiver.
