You must achieve this goal by using the minimum amount of administrative effort.
What should you do?

A.
Run the New-GPStarterGPO cmdlet and the Copy-GPO cmdlet.

B.
Create a new starter GPO and manually configure the policy settings of the starter GPO.

C.
Right-click GPO1, and then click Back Up. Create a new starter GPO. Right-click the new GPO, and
then click Restore from Backup.

D.
Right-click GPO1, and then click Copy. Right-click Starter GPOs, and then click Paste.

Explanation:
Although GPOs and Starter GPOs can both be copied, and a Starter GPO can be used to create a new
GPO (as that is their purpose), an existing GPO cannot be copied to a new Starter GPO
(unfortunately).

Passed 70-410 exam few days ago! Scored 9XX!

Few new questions on Azure, Virtual machine, etc. NO questions on ipv6 and ipv4.

Other questions were completely rephrased and data changed (IP addresses).

Recommend to learned the newest PassLeader 70-410 dumps (http://www.passleader.com/70-410.html), all questions have been updated in it!

B is correct. Tested in my lab server. D states right click on Starter GPOs and then click paste. Paste is not an option. The link provided by Nika is for copying Starter GPOs to another Starter GPO, but D is about copying from a normal GPO to a Starter GPO, which can’t be done.

B is’nt correct: The question states that GPO1 is a STARTER GPO and you need to create a new STARTER GPO based on the settings of GPO1.
So, copy/paste is the right option.
If GPO1 was not a starter GPO, then answer B is correct.
Answer is D.

The correct answer is D. The question states that you must create a new Starter GPO from GPO1, which is a Starter GPO itself.

You can right click any Starter GPO, choose Copy, then right click on the Starter GPO folder and click Paste. You’ll receive a “Copy Successful” dialog box, and the copied Starter GPO will then appear as “Copy of [your Starter GPO]”.
