requirement 1 – Database backup files that are generated once per year are retained for ten years.
There is no mention of it needing to be available in the event of an outage in one area so LRS is the cheapest and meets its needs.
requirement 2 – High performance system telemetry logs are created constantly and processed for analysis every month
Again no mention of availability in the event of an outage so LRS works too.
Maybe the question is missing some text that would give the answers chosen here, but otherwise both should be LRS.
That’s what I thought, unfortunately logic sometimes doesn’t have much to do with the Microsoft answer.
