correct
correct
Strongly disagree. There is no where in task manager that allows you to set when programs (apps) start. The answer is System Configuration (msconfig)
you a wrong, when you open a System configuration -> Startup -> “Open Task Manager”, so you have to open Task manager again, but from another long way
In Windows 8.1 and 10 you can not config application startup with System Config. Just run msconfig and check it by yourself
Task Manager is correct because in this case the app is currently starting when windows starts which means it can be disabled in task manager.
“Windows has long provided tools for managing startup apps. In Windows Vista and 7, you had to dig into tools like Msconfig—which is powerful if a little clunky to use. Windows 8 and 10 include an interface for managing startup apps in a location that makes more sense: Task Manager. Of course, none of these tools let you add things to Windows startup, but if you need to do that, we also have a guide for adding programs, files, and folders to your system startup.”

that was the old way 😉
this was for Michael
Gracias.
Task Manager Start-up allow you to set an app to start when the computer starts up. If your computer is slow starting up it could be some apps are set to start up. So Task Manager is correct.
I hate studying for a Windows 10 test from a Windows 7 computer 🙁 Thank you all for clarifying the Taskmanager’s new interface. I was like Michael at first…
