Everything I have seen online is leading me to believe that the answer is Provision a Microsoft Project web app.
It does not appear that an Enterprise resource pool exists in Sharepoint only in Project Server. I could not find
anything definitive except for the presentation from slideshare.net (below). One of the slides contains the 3
objects contained in this question.I also found a technet article about integrating Project and Sharepoint where the “Enterprise resouce pool” is
mentioned by name.
