Correct I guess, but why not distribution group points? If they are in the same site. And the question states: distribution points. So multiple

Groups don’t have boundaries. Boundaries would be the correct way to limit where a PC can download content from, so you’d have to pick DPs and not Groups.

DP Groups are meant for content distribution, QuaD is right, boundaries distinguish client content location. In 1610 and later, neighbor boundaries were implemented.
