A company deploys an Office 365 tenant. You assign the roles to users as shown in the following table:
User3 must be able to monitor the health of the Exchange Online service. You must use the principle
of least privilege to assign permissions to User3.
You need to assign permissions to User3.
Which three actions should you perform? Each correct answer presents part of the solution.
A.
Assign User3 the service administrator role in Office 365.
B.
Sign in to the Office 365 portal as User1.
C.
Sign in to the Office 365 portal as User2.
D.
Grant User3 administrative permissions in Exchange Online.
E.
Assign User3 the global administrator role in Office 365.
Why isn’t it ABD?
I agree! A User Management Administrator is not allowed to delegate admin roles to others, and therefore ABD should be the correct alternatives. More info here:

It must be B->A->D
Only a global admin can delegate admin roles to others.
See: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh852528.aspx
Answer should indeed be ABD
I agree that is ABD
BDA.. All the way, Signing in as User2 makes no sense.
Correct answer is A B D
Agree with all of you.
Logging in as user 2 makes no sense since he cannot delegate admin role.
So User 1 logs in gives admin permission to user 3 as well as the ability to view Service/Health with the Service Admin role.

Isnt it supposed to be BAD? Since you need to be signed in as Global Admin to be able to assign roles?
in the exam u can only choose 2 not 3
I would say BA as in the exam it only asks for two and if you just give them admin rights to exchange they can’t monitor health then. As well in order to give that permission you need to sign in as a global admin
Passed 70-346 exam on my first try with a score of 845. About 10-20 new questions in my exam, and some of the questions’ wording also have been changed. Make sure you know ADFS, Azure AD Powershell commands and the differences in all Office 365 plans. I learned the passleader 70-346 dumps (http://www.passleader.com/70-346.html), all new questions were available, and most of the questions’ answers have been corrected by passleader!
“Before global admins can assign the service admin role to a user, they first assign the user administrative permissions to a service, such as Exchange Online, and then assign the service admin role to the user in Office 365.”

According to this statement, if the question asks for only two answers, wouldn’t it be B and D?
