B & D can reset passwords
C does not exist

In the text, say “NOT be able to change passwords…”
Global Admin canot change password, can reset only…
so i chose B….???

@david: resetting is effectively changing the password. And a global admin in o365 has all possible admin features available to him.

@nobloz: delegate admin does exist, it is when you give admin rights to an external partner who then manages your tenant. This type of admin also gets a lot of rights.
