The first choice is correct, but the PIR will be available 5 working days after solving the problem, wich is happen on 14th. So the 19th Nov will be the earlieast day, but maybe there is weekend at the next days and so November 21 is the only correct answer.
“Because of the time and resources required to conduct an in-depth analysis after an incident, Microsoft will provide the PIR within five business days following resolution of the service incident.”
Notice the “within five business days”. All the other dates are outside of the 5 days which leaves Nov 13 as the correct answer.
I agree!
on the 13th there was an issue with sharepoint, so the issue needs to be solved first. seems to me impossible to get the PIR when the incident is not resolved.
the 14the its resolved. 5 working days include a weekend makes 14+7 = 21th 🙂 would be my choice
I agree with Noblz
“Within 5 working days” does not mean “after 5 working days”.
Issue raised on the 12th. If it is resolved on the same day, then the earliest a PIR can be released within 5 working days is between 13th – 17th. As 13th is the only option. 13th is the answer.
Where does it say “issue raised on the 12th” or did you just make that up?
Correct answer:
1) SPO available, Exchange Online degraded
2) 13th of November
The second answer is like this as the PIR will be available to you ‘within’ 5 business days. So a PIR can be written by next day. No information is given about what day of the week it is btw, so don’t even try guessing ‘oh there could be a weekend in between’..
