Very vague. Can anyone explain?
You can manage a workgroup server from a domain server.

You need the network connection to be configured to allow communication?

I think D….

“2. Determine whether the workgroup server that you want to manage is in the same subnet as the computer on which you are running Server Manager.

If the two computers are in the same subnet, or if the workgroup server’s network profile is set to Private in the Network and Sharing Center, go on to the next step. ”

This is not clear to me…

Why 1? I could manage it on an another Server if i join it in the domain OR i can also added this workgroup server in the trustedhostlists and have also the ability to manage it through computer management?

2) Does not make sense, because the name is irrelevant for management

4) Remote management is already enabled by default in 2012

8) If the other server and this one are in an environment, where no DHCP Server is, than this would be the right place to set the propiate ip address so each body can talk to anaother.

I am not sure if A or D, because no information if the other server is where to manage this on from is a domain joined server, is there DHCP and so on…

Furhtermore, the question is to manage it through Computer Management NOT Server Manager!

Please, could somone explain why it should be Answer A and not D?
