Is there any documentation showing the answer. I would actually think B would be the answer as most MDM’s even focus on trying to lock down and protect area’s of the device to protected memory from malware

It should be B. Most of the handheld devices are prone to malware when connected on different Trusted and untrusted networks.
I think its B, look at the word ‘PRIMARY’ concern…which is malware
