Then restore the backup to the new computer.
B.
Manually copy the folder content to a USB flash drive.
Then paste the files to the new computer.
C.
Use Windows Easy Transfer.
D.
Use the User State Migration Tool.
Explanation:
Great Lake Bunyip from Australia:
Windows Easy Transfer can’t transfer files from a 64-bit version of Windows to a 32-bit
version of Windows. If you’re transferring from a 64-bit version of Windows Vista to a 32-bit
version of Windows 7, you can move your files manually, or use Backup and Restore in
Windows Vista. For more information, see Back up your files and Restore a backup created
on a previous version of Windows on the Windows website. If you’re transferring from a 64bit
version of Windows XP, you’ll need to move your files manually.

Really…manually go to 100 PCs and login with admin credentials on each one of them?
“You need to transfer the contents of each user’s Documents folder” Use USMT to copy the users’ documents (using scanstate) and then loadstate on the new PC.
You’re not migrating users’ settings.
I think you’re right tim
USMT cannot be used to migrate from 64 bit to a 32 bit OS

Answer is B
You can migrate a 32-bit operating system to a 64-bit operating system. However, you cannot migrate a 64-bit operating system to a 32-bit operating system.
USMT does not support any of the Windows Server® operating systems, Windows 2000, or any of the starter editions for Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7. In addition, USMT only supports migration from Windows XP with Service Pack 3.
Neither USMT5 or Easy Transfer support 64 to 32 migration.
