This whole question is incorrect.

Since -GPOPrefixName must be identical as the name in the Wizard, which is IPAM and not IPAM1.

“You install IP Address
Management (IPAM) on Server1. You select the automatic provisioning method, and then you
specify a prefix of IPAM.”

So the value IPAM1 is always incorrect.
