In my opinion:
– restart at the same node, as default setting orders ClusterResourceRestartNotify

– automatically at 20:00, as failover window is from 20 to 6 (24h clock. So, if failure was at 14 o’clock, it is outside the window. Failback will occur as AutoFailbackType is 1 but not outside window.
