First of all neither of these protocols(SIP or RTP) were mentioned or defined in any of our preparations books or mentioned in any of our comp TIA A+ training classes. So how on earth were we as trainees supposed to get the correct answer on a question we had no knowledge of? I found the answers on Google, but that wouldn’t have helped if we were to take the exam.

Amen! there are a lot of shit in here that I didn’t see in my courses I took. I was feeling optimistic 1.5 week go I was going to pass the course. But now I see this, I’m like 50/50 I feel I passing!!! Taking the test this week…

oops if you mean for 220-801 – I passed with 825..for 220-802 I rescheduled for this coming week… most of the stuff here was there, but reworded in one form or another..
Just passed the A+ 220-801 exam two hours ago! Passed with a score of 810/900! 220-801 exam was not difficult as people said, and I didn’t get too many printer questions, also didn’t get any command sims in my SIM questions.
