This can’t be right because server is too heavy to lift up, we talking here about big machines, and not just a single computer server. Another thing would be Under SWL act, the weight an individual can life without additional help is 25 KG. I might be wrong, please let me know.
I think they are talking about server blades, not a full server rack.

This question is not clear- there are many types of servers, different shapes, sizes and weight and all need to be handled differently.
