Port 25 is the one that deals with sending email so does Port 143 (IMAP), but that is for the newer method of TCP/UPD.

Port 443: is HTTPs
Port 110: is PoP3 it receives email
Port 21: is FTP

I’m sorry, but IMAP doesn’t send email, it only receives. Only SMTP is capable of sending and receiving.
POP3 also cannot send, only retrieve.
