All of these match a single factor because they all fall under the “Something you know” category. The other categories are “Something you have” (Key card) and “Something you are” (fingerprint or retina scan).

In other words, if I were a hacker and wanted to crack the password, I could deploy the same methods to also crack the username and PIN. I wouldn’t have to change my methods.
