You got promoted from manager to senior manager effective January 30, 2011. Your line manager
does a keyword search by entering “senior manager” as the keyword value and “January 15, 2011”
as the effective as-on-date value. What is the search result?
A.
Your name appears in the search result.
B.
Your name appears twice in the search result.
C.
Your name appears in the search result with the designation “Senior Manager”.
D.
Your name appears in the search result with the designation “Manager”.
E.
Your name does not appear in the search result.
E IS TRUE
Ahmed is wrong. Correct answer is D
Option C is true. Refer : https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/globalcs_gs/FAWHR/FAWHR1018388.htm#FAWHR1018351
Actually the question is wrong – it needs to give further information such as when the search is made and if the Keyword table/index is populated or not. Promotion given on a future date but the keyword search table is not updated then “it would show as Manager” and if the search is done after the keyword table is updated then it would show as Senior manager. At least this is what I could get from the manuals. There are few questions for which the answer given seems wrong or the question is itself not giving complete info – so leaving the floor open for debates !
