I think the correct answer is C & E

Though “B. It automatically starts the DMON process for the database instances that are part of a Data Guard configuration” seems correct it may not. DMON process is started when you set the initialization parameter “db_broker_start=true”.

I think it’s C and D. E is not correct. You can monitor apply rate with show database command, but not log apply services.
