Hmm, A is not true, HA really kicks in after a VM stops running.
D is not true since both HA and vMotion can be used with the VMs powered on.
I don’t think it is B since I don’t think the VM is moved after a failure, but rather just powered on by a different host.
My educated guess would be C, but I’m not 100% sure.
