I would have to say the Answer should be A —- When you enable DPM, it compares cluster- and host-level capacity to virtual machine demand, including recent historical demand, and places hosts in standby mode – See more at:

I believe the correct answer is B because DPM does not suspend VM’s, using vMotion it will move them to other hosts in the cluster and using BMC/Wake-on-lan shut the server down and power it back up when needed again.
